Job Description :

• Manage high-volume recruitment to fulfill large-scale hiring requirements across various departments and job levels.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand specific job requirements and create detailed recruitment plans for mass hiring.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments for multiple candidates in parallel.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient process from sourcing through to hiring and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support bulk hiring efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure the delivery of candidates timely.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors for recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Work closely with HR business partners and other internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in the bulk hiring and vendor management processes.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, recruitment for high-volume roles, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques for bulk hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
