Executive/Assistant Manager HRBP

Role & responsibilities:

• Understanding the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements
• Tweaking and aligning HR strategy to meet business needs
• Working with business units
• Identifying talent needs for different business units and creating an appropriate strategy to meet talent requirements
• Representing business units and senior leaders throughout the organization as their representative
• Directing and supporting the HR Business Partners and/or the HR Support Officer in their duties to support the delivery of the HR strategy
• Monitoring and supporting HR activity to ensure the terms of the HR SLA are being met
• Analyzing and evaluating HR metrics
• Guiding HR policy and suggesting new strategies
• Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession
• Identifying training needs and evaluating development programs
• Addressing employee grievances or issues with employee relations
• Providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
• Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
• Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
• Partnering with business executives, leaders, and their teams for the development of business strategies that boost productivity and growth
• Developing work strategies to improve the employee work environment, where they can work, thrive, enjoy, and grow more.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA Graduates with 5 to 7 years of experience into the HRBP domain are highly recomendaded .
