Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager IT

• Carry out a training needs analysis and define the skill sets needed to perform different roles
• Will be handling end to end training requirement for the IT teams ( KFintech head office, Webileapps & HEXA )
• Should have knowledge of Project Management
• Well versed with specialised applications ( Programming and Web designing )
• Should have robust experience in facilitating IT related training
• Strong vendor management skills - liaise with partners (e.g. external course providers and professional institutes) to fulfil the skills needs of IT professionals
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of advanced Excel & MS office
• Conduct performance assessments & process knowledge tests to identify any skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels
• Design training programmes appropriate to the skills needed - this can be at beginner, intermediate or advanced level
• Prepare the learning environment and resources, including identifying SMEs where appropriate
• Support and coach learners using a range of learning technologies
• Capable of preparing a learning path for all employees
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, learner development and resource allocation
• Develop and implement an IT training strategy for an organisation
• Advise on IT projects.
