Job Description
- Studying contracts and preparing contract summaries related to scope, timeline, payment terms & LD clause
Giving training to all internal departments regarding the contract. - Escalation to BD team/management in case of any contractual changes.
- Co-ordination with legal team in case of any dispute
Getting a satisfactory certificate from the client. - Proper project planning in terms of engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Finalization of reputed and good civil & service contractors.
- Daily tracking of project schedule.
- Timely delay escalation.
- Conducting compulsory weekly review meetings.
- Initial risk assessment and mitigation plan
- Monthly update of risk assessment and taking required action per the mitigation strategy.
- Co-ordination and updation about site progress to client and respective stakeholders.
- Timely address and resolution of client queries.
- Submission of progress report as per contractual requirement.
- For any delays escalation to management after 2 working days.
- Input to general management for weekly MIS report.
- Allocation of proper resources.
- Negotiation with civil & services vendors to optimize costing.
- Input to design & procurement team for optimization
Customer Billing and revenue generation, Cash flow management. - Finalization of BBU
- Timely billing of supplies & services within 2 working days of GRN / WCC (minimum billing as per BBU finalization with the client)
