Manager - Project Planning & Execution (6-10 yrs)

Office Locations: Wada ( KudusBhiwandi wada road).

Position: Manager Project Planning and Execution.

Experience: 6-10 Years.

Responsibilities:.

- Coordinating and relation building with client.

- Coordinating with client and ensuring all necessary documents before start of project.

- Preparing Gantt chart and aligning the client on timeline of project.

- Preparing the Project Plan right from Manpower or vendor to executive the Civil or Industrial Project.

- Manpower Planning and vendor management based on the project requirement.

- Ensure Government approval and safety before initiating execution of the project.

- Prepare the client and subcontractor bills, reconciliation of quantity.

- Provide technical assistance to the construction supervision team, overseeing site engineering activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Develop, prepare, and implement work plans for all construction activities.

- Manage billing with finance team.

- Prepare the Daily progress report, weekly progress report, weekly target plan, weekly activity plan.

- Monthly progress report, bar chart etc.

- Ensuring all necessary report and handover the project handing over and sign off with respective client.

Qualifications:

- BE / Diploma - Civil Engineering.
