As a Mould Designer within the PWCC, you will be central to this process. Your responsibilities will include designing moulds that are both innovative and resilient, tailored to meet the specific needs of precast elements. This role involves optimizing mould designs to ensure they meet high standards of durability and functionality. Additionally, you will be collaborating closely with other team members to ensure that mould designs align with overall project requirements and objectives. Your contributions will help drive the centre s commitment to excellence and innovation in precast concrete solutions.

Key Deliverables:

1. Support various tenders for Infrastructure as well as Buildings Precast Projects
2. Precast Project Planning: Demand-Supply Analysis, Construction Duration Optimization, Standardization, Develop Time Motion Studies, Crane Planning, Mould Planning and Productivity Norms

1. Factory Planning
   1. Factory Layouts: Develop layouts considering workflow, plant and machinery placement, and infrastructure needs, using inputs from the design team.
   2. Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity requirements and plan for equipment, space, precast specific materials, accessories, and molds.
2. Installation Sequence
   1. Installation Planning: Create detailed installation sequences and schedules.
   2. Coordination: Collaborate with the planning team and on-site stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.
3. Costing
   1. Cost Estimation: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for precast works.
   2. Cost Monitoring: Track and report actual costs versus budgeted amounts to stakeholders.

1. Supply Chain Planning
   1. Supplier Management: Work with procurement and contracts engineer to manage supplier relations, costing, and project scheduling.
   2. Logistics Planning: Plan and oversee the transportation and handling of precast elements.
