• Develop and implement Leadership learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Design and implement Soft skills & Leadership related workshops
• Come up with robust evaluation methods to determine impact of the program
• Developing initiatives at the leadership layer that continuously meet the business targets
• Developing skills at the Leadership layer
• Identify the current and future skill requirement of leaders
• Design and develop training programs for Sr. Leaders, using a variety of methods such as on-the-job training, seminars, workshops, and e-learning.
• Establish metrics and processes for measuring the effectiveness of training programs
• Conduct Assessments / Evaluations to identify the gaps at the Leadership layer
• Certifications is an added advantage
• Should be well versed with Coaching and Mentoring methodologies.
