Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead performance management and employee development initiatives, ensuring continuous learning and career growth.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of employee motivation, morale, and productivity.
- Develop and oversee policies and procedures that promote a fair and compliant workplace.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters, including organizational structure, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations and oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Implement HR technology and analytics to track key metrics and improve HR efficiency.
- Manage employee engagement programs and surveys to enhance workplace satisfaction and culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically while also handling day-to-day HR functions.
- Experience in driving organizational change and culture transformation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools
