Regional P&L Head - IVF/Multi-Clinic (7-14 yrs)

The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and medical offices. These roles focus on ensuring efficient healthcare delivery, regulatory compliance, financial management, and patient satisfaction.

Multi-Location - Mumbai/Pune, Kolkata/Patna, Bangalore, Delhi, Lucknow, Varanasi

Responsibilities :

- Overseeing administrative operations in healthcare facilities

- Managing patient records, billing, and insurance processes

- Coordinating with medical staff, insurance providers, and government agencies

- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations

- Handling budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation

- Supervising non-medical staff and ensuring smooth workflow

- Implementing healthcare policies and quality improvement initiatives
