Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility (6-8 yrs)

Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced CSR Manager to lead and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives in Gujarat, with a strong focus on public hearings (4-5 annually), stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.

- The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development projects. They will be responsible for liaising with local communities, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with CSR and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Public Hearings & Stakeholder Engagement (4-5 Annually).

- Organize and represent the company in public hearings related to CSR, environmental clearances, and community development projects.

- Engage with government bodies, NGOs, industry experts, and local communities to address concerns and communicate CSR objectives.

- Prepare detailed public hearing reports, impact assessments, and stakeholder feedback analysis.

- Ensure compliance with state and central government regulations, including environmental and CSR mandates.

- Act as a company spokesperson in community discussions, grievance redressal forums, and regulatory meetings.

- CSR Strategy & Project Implementation.

- Design and execute CSR initiatives aligned with the company's sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.

- Drive community welfare programs focusing on education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental sustainability.

- Collaborate with NGOs, academic institutions, and local self-governments to implement high impact projects.

- Oversee CSR budgets, track project effectiveness, and prepare impact reports.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure CSR activities adhere to Companies Act, 2013 (Section 135) and state regulations.

- Maintain documentation for CSR audits, impact assessments, and regulatory submissions.

- Present periodic reports to senior management and CSR committees.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 6-8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community relations.

- Proven experience in handling public hearings, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong understanding of corporate governance, ESG frameworks, and CSR laws in India.

- Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory), along with Hindi and English.

- Excellent public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for project execution and public consultations.
