Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Advisor with a strong sales background, preferably in edtech, to drive our enrollment efforts. As a Program Advisor, you'll play a key role in guiding prospective students through our admissions process, helping them understand the value of our programs, and driving conversions.

Responsibilities :

- Reach out to and engage with prospective students, assess their needs, and offer appropriate program recommendations.

- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and their families to encourage program enrollment.

- Track and manage a pipeline of prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining high conversion rates.

- Achieve monthly enrollment targets by effectively moving students through the sales funnel.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies and enhance student engagement.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 3 years in sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in edtech or a related field.

Track Record : Proven ability to convert leads into admissions through effective sales strategies.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable conversing in Hindi and English.

Results-Driven : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Passionate About Education : Motivated by the desire to make a difference in students' lives.
