State Head - Sales - TMT Bars/Grey Cement Industry (15-20 yrs)

We are looking for a Sales Lead for Rajasthan Region.

Industry- Cement/TMT Bars/Building Material

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support to achieve monthly & yearly sales Targets of Bihar and enhance of market share.

- Help Sales team in appointment of new dealers throughout the region.

- Follow up with distributor and sales person district wise for payment & primary sales.

- Contribute in new business development.

- Help Management to formulate discounts, schemes, also assist in manpower restructuring process.

- Dealer Management.

- Competitor's activities report.

- Team management.

- Periodic visits to godowns and stock monitoring.

- Review - legal, market, branding, dealer for secondary sales.

- Monitoring the support of engineers, contractors etc.
