JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manage sales growth in line with company objectives.
2. Channel Management/Building: Will support for increasing sales of Specialty Nutrients and will also side by side build up a separate Channel Network for Specialty Nutrient Business
3. Team Building/Management: Will coordinate with and train/motivate existing Sales team for increasing sales of Specialty Nutrients and will also recruit separate team for Specialty Nutrient business as per business demands
4. State Profitability
5. Credit Management
6. Resource Management : Low inventory and expenses to sales ratio to be maintained
7. To allocate the annual budgets within the team based on the market potential.
8. To create market demand for key products
9. To demonstrate effective leadership skills in handling the team members and retaining them intact for longer periods.
10. Liaison with Department of Agriculture and University Scientists.
11. To have good market intelligence, trends and knowledge.
12. To prepare the short and long term plans for the state.
13. Identifying and preparing the future leaders from the team.
- Must have experience of Hard Core Sales person, Pesticides, Plant growth regulators, Fertilizer Sales and Marketing.
Qualification B.sc, M.sc Agriculture, MBA Agro Marketing
