HR Executive and Recuriter

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Handle onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the firm.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations: Implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
