Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR generalist activities, including recruitment, payroll processing, compliance management, and employee attendance.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in an HR role (Generalist).
  
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and Excel for data analysis.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, payroll processing, compliance management, etc.
