Role & responsibilities :

• Have the knowledge of labour laws like PF, ESI, and Factory Act, etc. related to Andhra Pradesh
• Have experience of admin activities.
• He has good knowledge in time office functions.
• He has good knowledge in Training & Development activities.
• Can handle the contractual manpower and its compliance.
• Over all his profile will be as HR generalist.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Good in communication (Writing and Speaking) in English and local Language.
• Good in Co-ordination, Convincing ability, good practical experience of working in excel.
• Candidates must be from manufacturing sector only
