Position : Sr. Exe., AM / Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Month end accounts closing activity and preparation of MIS report.
• Preparation of financial statements (PL, BS) and other management reports.
• Presentation of monthly MIS report to the Management and/or Board of Directors in meeting.
• To assist in all other plant finance & accounts related activities, which includes physical verification of inventory & fixed asset, and any other task assign by reporting Manager.
• Day to day accounting activities, includes booking of purchase invoices, process for payment, booking of payments from customers and bank reconciliation.
• All taxation related statutory compliances, like monthly & annually GST returns, payment of GST & TDS liability.

Maintain fixed assets register and calculation of depreciation as per companies act.

Requirements :

• Recognized degree in Accounting or Finance / professional accounting qualification MBA, CA / CWA or CA/CMA Inter
• Candidates with exposure to operational process flows and/or reporting environment are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of ERP system and MS Navision knowledge will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PPT).
• Able to work in a challenging environment.
• Able to interact and communicate with persons within the department and external parties; and
