Role & responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment and on boarding.

2. Proficient in payroll administration and processing.

3. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

5. Coordinate employee training and development programs.

6. Oversee performance appraisal processes and feedback.

7. Administer compensation and benefits programs.

8. Foster employee engagement and retention strategies.

9. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

10. Utilize HRIS for efficient data management.

11. Provide HR insights for strategic decision-making.

12. Managing and handling Contractors / Contract Employees

2. Education - MBA/MSW

4. Strong communication skills in English and Kannada Must
