Roles and Responsibilities

PRA India Private Limited (Associated Company of Barbrik Project Limited) is hiring for Head Office Raipur Chhattisgarh

• Manage billing process from site execution to final invoicing, ensuring timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual bills.
  
• Prepare rate analysis reports for various projects, including BOQ preparation and quantity surveying tasks.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors for bill processing and ensure accurate payment to them on time.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all billing-related documents and files.
  
• Handle client billing queries and resolve issues promptly through effective communication.

• Implement and ensure all agreements are reviewed and handled as per Project Contract Management process.
• Review Subcontractor exceptions to our Agreement Template(s), provide recommendations for risk identification and mitigation, and, engage in expert negotiations to resolved.
• Manages, reviews and negotiates procurement contract terms, conditions of solicitation, team agreements, subcontracts, and other related procurement agreements. Ensures contract final terms and conditions meet firm policies and procedures requirements. maintain a subcontract database, and closeout.

• Prepared the Contractor wise Material reconciliation sheet by every submission bill wise.

• Analyse and Review month wise contractor liability statement

• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, quantity surveyors & the general workforce involved in the project
• Review and ensure all sub contracts as per the schedule
• Facilitate development and growth of direct and indirect reports while keeping track of overall sub-function employee engagement and attrition.
• Finalization of Vendor/ PRW Sub Contractors Rate, Term & condition and issuance of Work order
• Monitoring the requirement and provision of Vendor/ PRW Sub Contractor as per site requirement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in civil engineering construction industry with expertise in billing, BOQ preparation, client billing, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and sub contractor billing.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.

• Candidate Must have a relevant Experience of at least 5 years in Head Office.

• Candidate Must have a Technical Knowledge of Billing Software including MSP, Primavera, Road Estimator etc.
