Document Controller

Roles and Responsibilities
PRA India Private Limited is hiring for Head Office Raipur CG for the position of Document Controller.

• Manage document control processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all documents received, reviewed, and approved through our document management system (DMS).
  
• Prepare Excel reports on a regular basis to track document activity and provide insights for process improvements.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members by maintaining open lines of correspondence.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Document Control or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of documentation procedures and best practices.
  
• Proficiency in using DMS software; knowledge of other relevant tools an asset.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
