Hr Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Sourcing, screening, and hiring new employees.
• Handle documentation and past company back ground verification work regarding joining procedures of new joiners.
• Provide training and product detailed knowledge to employees.
• Addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts
• Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, such as salaries, bonuses, and insurance.
• Creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures as given by the Management.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
• Promoting and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
• Other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile :

Must have Smart & Excellent Communication & Convencing skills.

Should Have Good Interpersonal & Analytical Skills

Must be well organized and detail-oriented

Knowledge in MS Office

Work from Office only

Minimum Qualification-Graduate

Only Immediate Joiner required

Age Limit Up to 35years old.
