HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee relations, administering performance management processes, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to human resources management and an ability to work collaboratively with employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Offboarding:
  
• Execute and manage smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while facilitating the transition of employees into and out of the organization.
• Employee Relations:
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers to resolve conflicts and enhance workplace relationships.
• Performance Management:
  
• Administer performance management processes, including setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and offering coaching and feedback.
• Support managers in addressing performance-related issues effectively and constructively.
• Training & Development:
  
• Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Promote continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and job performance.
• Compliance & Recordkeeping:
  
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including employee information and performance data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  
• MBA in Human Resources (HR) or Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record in handling employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Skills:
  
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
