HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Execute strong onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Ensuring a smooth transition into and out of the organization while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records
