HR Generalist

**Job Title: HR and Accounts Executive**

**Role & Responsibilities:**

As an HR and Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the human resources and accounting functions within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. **Human Resources:**

- Recruitment and onboarding: Source, interview, and hire new employees; facilitate the onboarding process.

- Employee relations: Address employee concerns, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.

- HR policies and compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Training and development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development.

2. **Accounts:**

- Financial record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Payroll processing: Oversee payroll activities, including accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.

3. **General Responsibilities:**

- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing queries and concerns.

- Ensure confidentiality and security of HR and financial information.

- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.

- Stay updated on HR and accounting trends and best practices.

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience in both HR and accounting roles.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, and accounting principles.
