HR Generalist

Position: HR Generalist-HR Team

Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurugram. (Near Sikanderpur Metro Station)

Experience: 2 - 5 Years.

CTC: 3.5 to 5.0 Lacs Per Annum (30K to 42K in Hand)

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in generalist role in he past will be an added advantage.
2. Prior experience of handling the job portals & Intern sites like Naukri, Times Job, Internshala etc. will be an added advantag
3. Good communication skills both written & oral.

Role: Handling the complete HR Generalist role, including operations.

Job responsibilities:

1. Induction & probation-Executing induction program, developing HR & other presentations in coordination with HR Head, employee feedback sessions, issue of confirmation/warning/probation extension/Termination letter.

2. Employee life cycle-Solely responsible for Employee Life Cycle from On-boarding, Leave updates, Movement & Transfer, promotions till Exit management etc.

3. PMS process execution- Involvement in annual appraisal/career progression and succession planning by firming up on the rating/increments recommendations.

4. Compensation & Payroll Management-Designing employee salary structure, providing HR salary advise including new joinees/Exits/Increment etc. Ensuring timely payroll processing with accuracy.

5. Employee Engagements- Executing reward & recognition, festival celebrations, publishing quarterly employee newsletters, birthday celebrations.

6. Talent Management- Recruitment activities through portals, consultants, referrals, network, salary negotiation, rolling out offer letter, selection based on job description and budgets.

7. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Conducting one-on-one, skip level and team focus group meetings

8. Employee code of conduct: Ensuring the employee code of conduct.
