Job Description
We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Sourcing Profiles as per the client requriment , Screening , negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements with clients. This role requires excellent
communication skills, Good Techenical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and engage with potential clients and vendors to market available consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers, Consultants and partners.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and payment with vendors and clients.
- Update and maintain internal databases with consultants statuses and job postings.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and onboarding processes.
