- Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers, Consultants and partners.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and payment with vendors and clients.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Recuritment US IT Recruitment , preferably in IT staffing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
