Position Overview:
The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in managing the creative aspects of our brand, ensuring that all collateral, print creatives, and marketing materials are developed to the highest standard. This role involves close collaboration with external agencies, internal teams, and vendors to execute brand campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, the Brand Manager will spearhead Go-to-Market (GTM) launch plans and digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong background in agency management, GTM planning, and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Agency Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative agencies, ensuring alignment on brand objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Brief agencies on new campaigns and creative projects, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution.
Creative Development & Collateral:
- Oversee the creation of all brand collateral, including brochures, leaflets, standees, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that all print creatives align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop visually compelling and impactful content.
Execution & Implementation:
- Lead the execution of brand campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and in-store.
- Coordinate with vendors for the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of all brand executions, making adjustments as needed.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Launch Execution:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital creatives
- Work closely with digital agencies and in-house teams to create and optimize online campaigns.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Brand Presentations:
- Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting campaign strategies, GTM plans, creative concepts, and performance insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on messaging and ensure that presentations effectively communicate brand goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with the product, sales, trade marketing, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in creative development, project management, and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- -Masters degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with creative agency
- 5-10 years of experience in brand management, with a strong focus on creative work, GTM planning, and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing creative projects, including collateral development, print creatives, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
