Purchase Executive Required in North Delhi ( Urgent)

Responsibilities Purchase Executive.

• Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
• Coordinate Vender regarding purchase orders receiving and delivery of goods timely.
• Conduct market research to keep abreas of the trends and new developments in the industry.
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
• Ensure efficient store operations by managing material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor and review all purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain a database of preferred suppliers and vendors.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP/Sap
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Data Analysis.
