Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for purchase operations
2. Monitor of Purchase requisitions and Purchase Order by timely conversion and ensure on time delivery of the material.
3. Responsible for releasing of Purchase orders in SAP system
4. Co-ordinate with Supplier and internal departments for requirement
5. Co-ordinate with Supplier and internal departments for related documents submission.
6. Vendor negotiation and coordination with followups
7. Entries in SAP and maintain reports.
