Accounts Payable Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Formalize all required documents (SOW, JMA, Sponsorship agreement, change order form) Secure Legal (CELA) approval with the respective team.
• PO Process/maintenance in in house tool Microsoft tool MyOrder, CIM, Payment Central.
• Vendor Creation
• SSPA(Microsoft) enrollment of vendors.
• Follow up Finance with PO Accrual processing
• Process post PO submission works like documenting Proof of Execution (POE)
• Invoice Submission (MS Invoice), Invoice Follow Up

Preferred candidate profile

• Understanding of Marketing operations.
• Have knowledge in Procurement process.
• Good Written and verbal communications; project management; business, systems and process analysis; Relationship management, conflict resolution and cross-group collaboration with different stakeholders across MEA
• Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)
