Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process flow charts, analyze inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Assist in process implementations, manage small to medium-sized projects, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oversee new resource onboarding, conduct on-the-job training, and design training programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Ensure adherence to business rules, perform root cause analysis, and monitor process efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for process mapping, data analysis, and quality reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends, suggest process optimizations, and support automation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in process management, training, or project coordination.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
