Generative AI Deployment Lead

Hogarth Studios is seeking a skilled and experienced AI Deployment Lead to champion the adoption and integration of our AI-assisted review content tool across various teams and workflows. This role will play a critical part in creating a seamless, end-to-end content creation ecosystem, maximizing efficiency, and improving the content review cycle. The Deployment Lead will be responsible for driving adoption, solving challenges, and ensuring effective communication between users, developers, and stakeholders.

The project involves deploying the AI-assisted review tool across multiple brand-market combinations and requires someone with strong technical, leadership, and training capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for:

Driving Adoption of AI-Assisted Review Tool:

• Leading efforts to increase adoption of the AI tool across multiple brand-market combinations.
• Identifying and resolving pain points or obstacles hindering effective use of the tool.
• Establishing clear communication channels and feedback loops between users, developers, and stakeholders.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Designing and working with teams to execute UAT plans for each deployment phase.
• Incorporating relevant test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive testing.
• Collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing UAT feedback, and collaborating with the development team to address identified issues.

Training and Enablement:

• Developing and delivering training materials (e.g., playbooks, decks, FAQs) to support user onboarding and engagement.
• Facilitating regular mobilization calls with LOC (Local Operating Companies), GPS (Global Product Strategy), and partners to provide updates, address concerns, and encourage participation.
• Ensuring training programs are scalable and repeatable for future deployments.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicating updates, best practices, and new features to users and stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as adoption rates, workflow efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Leading discussions with cross-functional teams to align on goals and resolve challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

• Working with the development team to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of FAQs, best practice guides, and troubleshooting resources.

Required Skillset

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in content creation workflows.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Proven ability to lead training sessions and develop engaging training materials.
• Strong facilitation skills to conduct mobilization calls and workshops effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualifications:
• Graduation/Post Graduation degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or AI related disciplines).
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a AI Deployment Lead or in a similar role, preferably in a technology or content creation environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and/or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading UAT processes, developing training programs, and managing stakeholder relationships.
