Generative AI Engineer (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop scalable GenAI services that enhance our productofferings and user experience.

- Implement best coding practices for modularity, reusability, and maintain ability to ensure long-term flexibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI services into a widerproduct ecosystem, ensuring seamless development workflows.

- Optimize existing AI services for performance and alignment with industrytrends.

- Mentor and support team members to foster a culture of technical excellenceand code quality.

- Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platform.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 8+ years of software development experience, including projects in AI or machine learning.

- Expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks for AI development (e.g , Python).

- Proven ability to build scalable, reusable software components and services.

- Strong grasp of software engineering principles and architectural standards.

- Experience contributing to software project teams.

- Familiarity with GenAI concepts, technologies, and their practical applications.

- Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS Lambda.

- Experience with cloud-based development and AI-related cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Hands-on experience with both backend systems and front-end development for AI-driven applications.

- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
