Generative AI Engineer - LLM (8-12 yrs)

Location : Bengaluru.

Desired Experience range : 8 Years to 12 years.

Must have :

- Design and develop AI models : Craft advanced artificial intelligence models, LLM and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance system capabilities.

- Data analysis and management : Analyze large datasets to train and refine AI systems, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in their output.

- Research and innovation : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and apply cutting-edge research to improve existing Al applications or create new ones.

- Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

- Strategy and Implementation : Contribute to the strategic planning of AI initiatives and oversee the implementation of AI systems within an organization.

- Ethics and compliance : Uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements related to AI, including data privacy and bias mitigation.

- Performance tuning : Monitor and fine-tune Generative AI systems for optimal performance, ensuring they meet the desired objectives and deliver value.

- Problem-solving : Apply analytical and creative thinking to address technical challenges and continuously improve AI technologies.

- Technology : Python, Terraform, AWS EKS, Prompt Engineering, Spring Framework.

Good to have :

- DevSecOps, Azure Open AI, LLama, API, Containers Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role.

- Responsible for end to end deliverable.

- Need to work in distributed agile environment.

- Very good hands-on in Azure Open AI, API, Kong, Kubernetes.

- Very good hands-on in software engineering best practices for API, DevOps, Deployment etc.
