Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI and LLM Engineer with expertise in PyTorch to join our AI research and development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advancing the capabilities of Generative AI, building and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and implementing solutions using PyTorch. You will work alongside AI scientists and engineers to develop, optimize, and deploy state-of-the-art generative models that impact various applications such as conversational AI, content generation, and more.

Responsibilities

Design and Develop LLMs: Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art LLM architectures using PyTorch for various NLP and generative tasks, including text generation, question answering, and language translation.

Fine-tune and Optimize Models: Fine-tune pre-trained language models, optimize performance, and reduce latency while maintaining high-quality output.

Data Engineering: Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, curate, and manage large-scale datasets required for training and fine-tuning generative models.

Experimentation and Evaluation: Conduct experiments to benchmark model performance and iterate based on findings, ensuring models meet accuracy and efficiency standards.

Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, software developers, and product managers. Document model development, training, and deployment workflows.

Deployment and Maintenance: Help deploy models to production and ensure the scalability, robustness, and efficiency of the AI systems.

Stay Current with Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially related to GenAI, LLMs, and PyTorch, and integrate new techniques into model development.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience : 3+ years of experience working with GenAI or LLMs and extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with PyTorch for developing, training, and fine-tuning large-scale neural networks.

- Deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., Transformer, GPT, BERT, T5) and generative models.

- Experience with data engineering and preprocessing for large-scale model training.

- Knowledge of deployment frameworks (e.g., ONNX, TorchScript) and cloud-based model deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving ability, a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for generative AI.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Publications or project contributions in the GenAI or LLM space.

- Experience with other deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow.

- Familiarity with distributed training and optimization techniques.
