Generative AI Engineer - LLM/Deep Learning (3-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Model Development : Design, train, and fine-tune generative AI models such as GPT, GANs, or transformers for various applications.

- Data Preparation : Gather, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure model efficiency and accuracy.

- Deployment : Implement AI solutions into production environments using scalable and robust frameworks.

- Optimization : Improve model performance through parameter tuning, architecture redesign, and algorithm optimization.

- Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models with business systems and workflows.

- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and propose innovative applications.

- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation for model architecture, training processes, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

- Experience : 3-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative AI models.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

- Experience with transformers, LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), GANs, or similar generative models.

- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision concepts.

- Cloud & Deployment : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Problem-Solving : Proven ability to tackle complex problems using AI-driven approaches.

- Version Control : Experience with Git and collaborative development practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience with APIs for LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).

- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).

- Understanding of ethical AI practices and compliance requirements.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in relevant fields.
