Generative AI Developer - NLP/Deep Learning (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an NLP Engineer with hands-on experience in Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain (v0.2 & v0.3), and LangGraph. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and expertise in Explainable AI (XAI) methods and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and fine-tune NLP models using Hugging Face Transformers.

- Design and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging LangChain v0.2 & v0.3 and LangGraph.

- Build and optimize deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Apply Explainable AI (XAI) techniques to enhance model transparency and interpretability.

- Develop and maintain APIs for deploying NLP solutions.

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in LLMs, LangChain, and XAI methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hugging Face Transformers (must) - 3+ years of experience.

- LangChain (v0.2 & v0.3) (must) - 1+ year of experience.

- LangGraph (must) - 1+ year of experience.

- PyTorch & TensorFlow (must) - 2+ years of experience.

- Explainable AI (XAI) Methods & Processes (must) - Strong understanding and practical application.

- Experience in LLM-based applications, NLP pipelines, and AI model optimization.

- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model fine-tuning
