Data Scientist - Deep Learning Models (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and fine-tune Deep Learning models for forecasting and other supply chain use cases in the CPG and Retail industry.

- Develop an NLP solution capable of understanding domain-specific language, intent recognition, mapping, and triggering the right agents to generate and deliver meaningful responses.

- Create a solution that can categorize queries into different types (e. g., data analysis, predictive forecasts, scenario simulations, etc. ).

- Design and develop a system that automatically triggers the appropriate agents based on the query's classified intent.

- Develop applications leveraging LLMs and Generative AI to provide users seamless experience while interacting with data and insights.

- Build prototypes for solutions based on the latest SOTA techniques in the fields of NLP, Gen-AI, Reinforcement Learning, etc.

- Benchmark the performance of various Deep Learning models on public and proprietary datasets to compare and identify the best models for different use cases.

- Conduct research in relevant fields and publish the work in leading AI conferences/journals or other forums.

- Assist in creating IP in the field of Data Science and its applications in the CPG and Retail industry.

- Educate team members about the latest developments in relevant fields.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as a data scientist, with proven expertise in successful Gen-AI, co-pilot, and Conversational AI Chatbot development and implementations.

- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Advanced NLP technologies to interpret and understand user queries in natural language.

- Intent Recognition and Classification : Developing algorithms that can accurately identify the intent behind a user's query.

- Agent Mapping and Workflow Automation : Creating frameworks where each type of query is associated with one or more specific agents.

- Contextual Understanding and Learning : Implementing AI models that can understand the context of queries.

- User Feedback Integration : Incorporate a feedback mechanism where users can provide input on the system's responses and suggestions.

- Expert-level knowledge of Deep Learning concepts, popular architectures, NLP techniques, generative models, and reinforcement learning techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills in areas of Data Science and Software Development to develop efficient solutions for complex problems.

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities to build and evaluate hypotheses for experimentation.

- Comfortable in working with structured and unstructured datasets to extract patterns and insights.

- Proficiency in Python and experience working with its libraries like pytorch, tensorflow, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, etc.

It would be awesome if you also have experience working in CPG, FMCG, or the retail industry.
