Generative AI Developer (3-5 yrs)

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Developer to join our cutting-edge AI team. This role will focus on developing and implementing advanced generative AI models and applications using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, along with a strong understanding of Explainable AI (XAI) methods.

Responsibilities :

Generative AI Model Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models using Hugging Face Transformers.

- Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various applications.

- Develop and integrate custom models and components as needed.

LangChain and LangGraph Implementation :

- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using LangChain v0.2 and v0.3.

- Implement complex workflows and agent-based systems using LangGraph.

- Optimize and troubleshoot LangChain and LangGraph applications.

Deep Learning Frameworks :

- Develop and train deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Optimize model performance and efficiency.

- Implement and maintain training pipelines.

Explainable AI (XAI) :

- Implement and apply XAI methods and processes to understand and interpret model behavior.

- Develop techniques for visualizing and explaining model decisions.

- Ensure models are transparent and accountable.

Software Development and Integration :

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Integrate AI models and applications with existing systems.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Research and Development :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies.

- Conduct research and experimentation to explore new techniques and applications.

- Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.

Qualifications :
