Generative AI Engineer (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Research and develop novel generative AI models and architectures.

- Design and implement robust and scalable GenAI systems using LangChain and other relevant tools.

- Develop and refine AI models for various applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and more.

- Conduct thorough experimentation and evaluation of AI models, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to collect, clean, and prepare high-quality training data.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI research and technology.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for GenAI development.

- Troubleshoot and debug AI systems, identifying and resolving performance issues.

- Document and communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team's expertise.

Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of professional experience in software development.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in Python programming and developing AI models.

- Strong expertise in LangChain and its applications in generative AI.

- Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their implementation.

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.

- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for AI model deployment.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals.
