Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, Transformer Models) for applications across text, image, audio & video domains.

4. Speech-driven Animation

- Implement solutions for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and audio synthesis.

- Implement solutions for stylized content creation, including AI-powered visual effects and dynamic scene generation.

- Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers) for domain-specific tasks.

- Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch for rapid prototyping and production- ready solutions.

- Integrate MLOps practices to streamline model lifecycle management, including training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver impactful generative AI solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate novel techniques into ongoing projects.

- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed systems.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proficiency in Python & C++ and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

- Hands-on experience with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, Transformers, and Diffusion Models.

- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or audio synthesis.

- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for efficient model development and deployment.

- Familiarity with data pre-processing, augmentation, and feature engineering techniques.

- Familiarity with industry-standard software like Blender, Maya, or Nuke is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Published work or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

- Experience with generative AI applications in creative fields like Animation ,Game development & Vfx.

- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, statistics, and optimization.
