Generative AI Architect - NLP/Machine Learning (8-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Architect to serve as the subject matter expert on AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other relevant domains.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of AI solutions leveraging hyperscaler-provided or open-source models.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Strategy & Implementation : Define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, with a focus on generative models and large language models (LLMs).

- Agentic Architecture Design : Explore and develop scalable designs for agentic AI implementations.

- Infrastructure Management : Maintain and optimize infrastructure for machine learning operations, including cloud services, data storage, and computing resources.

- Deployment & Automation : Develop and implement automation tools and frameworks for deploying AI models efficiently and reliably into production environments.

- Model Versioning & Management : Establish robust processes for version control and lifecycle management of AI models, ensuring traceability, reproducibility, and proper documentation.

- Monitoring & Maintenance : Create monitoring systems to track model performance, system health, and data quality in production.

- Implement strategies for retraining and updating models as needed.

- Collaboration & Integration : Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to integrate AI models into applications, ensuring compatibility and scalability.

- Optimization & Scalability : Enhance AI workflows, optimize algorithms, and address scalability challenges to improve performance and reduce latency.

- CI/CD for AI Workflows : Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines specific to AI and machine learning workflows to automate testing, integration, and deployment processes.

- Emerging Technologies & Trends: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

- Cross-functional Communication : Collaborate with business stakeholders, data science teams, and software engineering teams to align AI/ML initiatives with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in designing and deploying AI solutions, particularly generative models and LLMs.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps/MLOps practices.

- Hands-on experience with model training, tuning, and optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related AI/ML libraries.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and model monitoring frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot complex AI-related issues.

- Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders effectively
