Job Description :

- AI/ML Specialist

- We are seeking a talented AI/ML Specialist to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in model building, a deep understanding of unsupervised algorithms, and the ability to work with large datasets for inference.

- Exposure to MLOps frameworks and processes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on unsupervised learning algorithms.

- Handle large-scale data for inference, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and scalability.

- Design and implement efficient data pipelines to support model training and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into business applications.

- Monitor and improve model performance, ensuring optimal outcomes.

- Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (optional but preferred).

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience :

- Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Proficiency in unsupervised learning algorithms such as clustering, anomaly detection, or dimensionality reduction.

- Working with large datasets and Big Data tools (e.g, Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks).

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages.

- Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to MLOps frameworks and tools (e.g, MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and scaling.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
