About the Role :

- As a Generative AI Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models and frameworks.

- You will work alongside other developers, data scientists, and product teams to research, create, and implement innovative AI solutions that meet our clients business needs.

- This role requires a solid foundation in AI methodologies, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, as well as hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and cloud-based platforms.

- You will be expected to optimize models for better performance, continuously experiment with new techniques, and actively contribute to both the AI development and overall product development lifecycle.

- Your contributions will directly impact the strategic direction of AI product development, helping to build scalable and robust systems that will be deployed in cloud environments.

- In addition to technical responsibilities, you will be involved in mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities :

AI Model Development & Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using the latest deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Work with tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other frameworks to create robust, scalable solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define project goals, identify research requirements, and design technical solutions.

- Facilitate productive discussions and ensure alignment on AI model development objectives.

Performance Optimization :

- Continuously improve the performance of models by conducting experiments, performing hyperparameter tuning, and applying advanced optimization methods.

- Measure and track model performance in real-time environments.

Research & Innovation :

- Stay current with the latest research in generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning to implement the most effective and cutting-edge techniques.

- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage a culture of continuous learning.

Cloud Integration :

- Deploy, monitor, and manage machine learning models in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI-driven systems in production.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for AI models, including architecture, training processes, deployment pipelines, and performance metrics.

- Communicate complex AI concepts and technical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an accessible way.

Team Support & Mentorship :

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior AI developers, supporting them in their professional growth. Actively contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture, ensuring a high level of communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related technical field. A Masters degree or higher is a plus.

Experience :

- At least 2 years of professional experience in developing generative AI models and working with large-scale AI systems.

- At least 8 years of experience with Python programming, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

- Proven experience with popular machine learning frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience integrating and working with large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, or Mistral API endpoints.

Cloud Platforms :

- Strong experience working with cloud computing environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning deployment, scaling, and optimization techniques.

AI & Machine Learning Expertise:

- A deep understanding of AI/ML techniques, especially in the context of generative models, NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

- Experience with model optimization techniques, including hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and model evaluation.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Additional Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) and the deployment of models into production.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation for AI model development and deployment.

- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and code version control (e.g., Git, GitHub,

Bitbucket).
