SAP Specialist - ECC/EHS Modules (3-5 yrs)

Job Title : SAP Specialist.

Experience : 3-5 Years.

Location : Ernakulam, Kerala.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (BE/BTech), BCA, BCom, MCom, or any related field with SAP expertise.

- 2-6 years of techno-functional support experience in SAP modules.

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 7.

SAP Modules (Expertise in at least 4 modules is required) :

- Sales & Distribution (SD).

- Production Management (PP).

- Purchase & Material Management (MM).

- Plant Maintenance (PM).

- Finance & Controlling (FICO).

- SAP Basis.

- SAP ABAP & Transport Management System.

- Experience with other business applications is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities : .

- Provide Level 1 SAP support across different modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP General Support and Application Support issues.

- Conduct testing and rollouts for SAP and other business applications.

- Coordinate with external vendors and support teams for issue resolution.

- Manage databases and queries related to SAP applications.

- Monitor and manage IBU (Integrated Business Unit) systems.

- Generate reports and maintain IT documentation.

- Support in-house application management and software testing.

- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, maintaining high standards of system responsiveness and resolution times.

- Identify and implement continuous improvements in software functionality and business processes.
