Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to develop and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in machine learning (ML), deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative models (such as Large Language Models, GANs, and VAEs). This role involves the development, optimization, and deployment of AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation within the organization.

The Senior AI/ML Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies, conduct research, and provide thought leadership in the field of Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Model Development: Design and develop advanced AI/ML models, including deep learning models such as neural networks, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for various applications.
• Generative AI: Implement and optimize Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and other cutting-edge techniques.
• Model Optimization & Deployment: Optimize the performance of models through techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, regularization, and model pruning. Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Data Engineering & Analysis: Oversee the collection, cleaning, transformation, and engineering of data for training AI models, ensuring high-quality datasets and appropriate feature selection.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and research in AI/ML and Generative AI. Contribute to the advancement of the field by experimenting with new techniques and integrating novel approaches into AI models.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure the alignment of AI solutions with business goals.
• Ethical AI: Ensure that AI solutions adhere to ethical principles, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
• Communication: Present research findings and AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex AI concepts in simple terms.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in continuous learning opportunities to expand knowledge in the rapidly evolving AI/ML field.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with significant expertise in Generative AI (e.g., GANs, VAEs, LLMs).
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI services like AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in deep learning, NLP, and data engineering techniques.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest AI advancements.
