AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI Models (5-8 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are hiring a talented AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing AI models, optimizing performance, and deploying solutions in cloud environments.

You will play a key role in driving AI innovation and mentoring junior engineers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and solutions (i.e., GPT, BERT).

- Utilize prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance and output quality.

- Conduct end-to-end Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate and demonstrate AI capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

- Mentor and guide junior prompt engineers in best practices and methodologies.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

- Utilize Python for data manipulation, model development, and deployment.

- Manage and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Work with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, CircleCI, and Harness.

- Work with PostgreSQL and vector databases for data storage and retrieval.

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

- Experience with large-scale AI model deployment and optimization.

Key Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.

- Proven experience in Generative AI models such as GPT, BERT, and Prompt Engineering.

- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based AI services.

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and vector databases.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and tools like CircleCI and Harness.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

- A passion for staying current with advancements in AI and machine learning.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory) :

- Experience in large-scale AI model deployment and optimization.

- Background in working with cloud services and cloud-native AI platforms.
