Position Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating innovative, user-centric designs. You will be working closely with senior designers and product teams to develop intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and actively contribute to the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Work on responsive and mobile design projects to ensure designs are optimized for various devices.
• Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design and ensure designs are user-friendly.
• Ensure designs are accessible and comply with WCAG and inclusive design principles.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Contribute to the end-to-end design lifecycle from concept to final execution.
• Lead the design process from research, conceptualization, wireframing, to high-fidelity UI design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that drive design decisions.
• Work closely with product teams to define project goals and ensure alignment on design expectations.
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity in design, ensuring adherence to WCAG standards.
• Use data and insights to refine design concepts and improve product usability.
• Mentor junior designers and guide them through the design process.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and marketing) to ensure designs are implemented to the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and design trends.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile design best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Passion for consistency and quality in design work.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
