Work Mode: On-site (Hyderabad office, mandatory)
Shift Timings: Open to night shifts.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AdOps QA Specialist with substantial experience in Ad Operations and a strong background in QA methodologies. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of ad operations processes while collaborating with U.S. clients in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute quality assurance processes specific to Ad Operations workflows.
• Perform rigorous testing of ad campaigns, placements, and tracking to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and AdOps specialists, to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop, document, and maintain QA standards, test plans, and test cases.
• Communicate with U.S. clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work effectively during night shifts to align with U.S. client operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ad Operations Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ad Operations, including ad trafficking, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• QA Proficiency: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in QA methodologies applied to AdOps processes.
• Client Engagement: Proven experience working with U.S. clients, understanding their expectations, and maintaining high service standards.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with common AdOps tools and QA tools for testing ad tags, campaigns, and placements.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve AdOps-related issues.

Candidate Expectations

• Location: Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad if not currently based there.
• Work Mode: 100% on-site at the Hyderabad office.
• Shifts: Flexible and willing to work night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
